You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
VoicePro Labs provides 24/7 AI phone receptionist services with features including inbound/outbound calling, text messaging, appointment scheduling, analytics, and multilingual support.
You agree to provide accurate account information and maintain its confidentiality. We may suspend or cancel your account for violations.
We provide tools, not outcomes. You are responsible for the content, legality, and compliance of your calls. You agree to indemnify us from any issues arising from your use.
You agree not to use the Service in a way that disrupts, harms, or violates the rights of others. We may suspend your account for violations.
You must comply with telemarketing laws, identify yourself accurately, and follow Do Not Call rules. Compliance is your responsibility.
Subscriptions renew automatically and are billed monthly or annually. Prices are listed on our website and subject to change.
In addition to your Subscription, call usage fees apply (e.g., $0.12/min AI talk time, $0.03/min for transfers). All charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
Free trials convert to paid plans unless canceled. Usage fees still apply during trial. Cancellation ends billing at the end of your current cycle.
Refunds are not guaranteed. Contact us in writing to request one. Approval is at our sole discretion.
We retain ownership of the platform. You retain rights to your data and outputs, but we may use it to improve our Service.
By posting content, you grant us a global license to use it. You confirm that you have rights to share that content.

We use reasonable measures to secure data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Both parties agree to protect confidential information using reasonable care.
We may change or suspend the Service without notice. We are not liable for outages.
We are not responsible for third-party content linked from our Service.

You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable regulations.
You agree to indemnify VoicePro Labs against any claims related to your use of the Service.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or AI-generated content.
We are not responsible for issues caused by AI responses or any resulting damages.
We provide the Service "as is" with no guarantees of performance or accuracy.
Disputes must be resolved by binding arbitration in California under AAA rules.
We may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance of the new Terms.
We may terminate your account at any time. You may stop using the Service at any time.
You are responsible for compliance, call content, and obtaining call consents. We may monitor for violations.
Resellers must follow all program rules and laws. We may revoke participation at any time. No guarantees of success are made.
